Mary Farmer began her career as an educator, drawn to work rooted in relationships, trust, and long-term impact. That foundation naturally led her into the household staffing industry, where she spent several years guiding families through the deeply personal process of welcoming in-home support that aligned with their homes, values, and lifestyles.
Through this experience, Mary developed a clear vision for how she wanted to serve families—one grounded in intention, discretion, and truly personalized matching.
