Beacon Household Staffing offers customized pricing based on the scope, location, and complexity of each search. Placement fees are discussed during the consultation process to ensure clarity and alignment before moving forward.
We collect a $500 non-refundable engagement fee prior to beginning the search. This fee reflects the time, resources, and personalized attention dedicated to initiating and supporting your search.
Final placement fees are determined based on the specific role and market and are due once a hiring decision has been made. Payment is collected via credit card or ACH.

Placement Assurance
Our placements include a replacement period tailored to the role and market, offering peace of mind should a placement not move forward as planned. Details are reviewed during the consultation process to ensure clarity and shared expectations.
Candidate Review & Screening
Each candidate is evaluated through a multi-step review process that includes application and experience assessment, in-depth interviews, reference checks, and verification of relevant certifications, including infant and child CPR and First Aid where applicable.
Background & Identity Verification
Candidates undergo appropriate national background screening and identity verification, which may include criminal history checks, employment and residency validation, and driving record review when relevant to the role.
Ongoing Guidance & Family Support
Beacon remains a resource beyond the initial placement. Families receive employment guidance, interview support, and continued communication as the working relationship develops.
